Ingredients
1 black olives
1 toasted croutons
100g mixed salad
1 Some chives Some dill
1 red onion
2 Cream Cheese Olympus
250g Smoked Salmon
1 1 red onion / shallot
1 Oil
1 Salt
Preparation
Mix the herbs with the Spread Cheese Olympus until smooth. Form small rolls by rolling up the slices of salmon and filling with Cream Cheese. Arrange the rolls on the layer of salad and garnish the edges with toasted bread, olives and onion slices. Drizzle with a little oil and salt to taste.
