OLYMPUS was once again present in TUTTO FOOD 2023, the Italy’s largest F&B exhibition, held in Fiera Milano from 8th to 11th May.
Attracting more than 7.000 buyers from 81 countries and over 200 exhibitors, it was a great opportunity to meet international buyers and display them our best products and innovations.
Beyond the always dominant Feta Cheese P.D.O. and Greek Yogurt, we presented our novelties, the “CARPOS” line, an 100% plant-based assortment based on almonds and oats and the new recipe of spoonable Kefir.
In the center of interest was Halloumi cheese P.D.O, following the acquisition of Kouroushis LTD, a historic Halloumi producer in Cyprus and our major investments for building our brand-new Halloumi factory in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Except taste and new ideas, the exhibition focuses on critical topics through which we had the chance to talk about the fight against food waste with Pane Quotidiano Onlus, one of our main partners and interlocutors in this topic. In this event, we have been awarded as a "Proud Partner" for being one of the first companies to join the “Good Giving”, a platform set up by Corporate Hangar, Salesforce and SDA Bocconi for digitally connection between food companies and nonprofit organizations which are active in the distribution of foodstuffs.
Continuing our course by setting higher goals in the near future, our next appointment is in two years at Fiera Milano on May 2025!
