Wash potatoes, prick with a fork and place in oven at 200°C for about 40 minutes.
Cut the onion and saute in butter (low heat), remove from heat and add the Feta Cheese Olympus, crushed garlic, nutmeg, thyme and salt. Mix well.
Cut the potatoes in half and hollow them out as needed (the excavated quantities will be added to the mixture of onion and cheese). At this point abundantly fill the potatoes with the mixture of onion and cheese and arrange them back in the oven at 200°C until they are golden brown.
