Mix olive oil, honey, lemon juice & chili flakes, then coat sliced Olympus halloumi in it and pan-fry until golden and caramelized.
Fry your bread in a little butter until it’s beautifully crisp and golden.
Pile fresh arugula onto the toast, add the warm Olympus halloumi, and finish with juicy pomegranate seeds. (Optional but highly recommended: extra drizzle of honey + pinch of chili flakes on top)
