Shrimp saganaki with OLYMPUS feta cheese & peppers



Main course




10 shrimps, cleaned, with their head and tail
3 tbsp olive oil
1 onion finely chopped
1 clove of crushed garlic
1/2 chopped pepper
1/4 fl. Ouzo 
300 gr. red  ripe tomatoes chopped or grated
150 gr. of feta cheese in pieces
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Salt Pepper


Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion, garlic, and pepper for about 5 minutes until it withers.
Douse with ouzo.
Add the tomatoes.
Add salt and pepper and simmer the sauce for 5 minutes until it binds.
Add the shrimps and simmer for about 5 minutes on medium heat, until the shrimps get pale pink.
Αdd the feta cheese. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
