¼ cup goat milk
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
10 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs
1 ½ cup vanilla ice cream
1 ripe banana, sliced then frozen
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Optional: Whipped cream, as topping
Preheat your oven to 350°F and melt the unsalted butter in a pan over low heat.
Once the butter has melted, take off the heat, place in a bowl, then add the graham cracker crumbs
Spread the butter and graham cracker mixture onto a baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes. Afterward, set aside and let cool completely.
Combine into a blender the ice cream, frozen banana, goat milk, vanilla extract, and ¾ of the graham cracker crumbs. Process until smooth.
Depending on your desired smoothie texture, you can add more bananas or ice cream for a thicker milkshake. On the other hand, add more goat milk to thin it out. Top with whipped cream and serve immediately.
