Olympus Italia Takes Center Stage at a Record-Breaking Edition of TUTTOFOOD 2026.

The 2026 edition of TUTTOFOOD has closed with extraordinary numbers, confirming its status as the leading international economic platform for the food & beverage sector.

Organized for the second year by Fiere di Parma, the four-day trade show registered a staggering 123,000 attendees, including 27,000 from abroad, marking a 30% increase compared to the 2025 edition. The participation of such a significant number of professional operators, industry, distribution, catering, importers, and buyer, demonstrates the event's ability to transform the global demand for quality food into solid business relationships, growth, and market access.

In this highly dynamic context, Olympus Italia participated in the event with its own booth, achieving exceptional success with the public. The absolute stars of our stand were traditional Hellenic and Cypriot products. In the spotlight was Olympus Feta, recently honored with two prestigious Golden Awards at the World Championship Cheese Contest 2026, alongside our highly appreciated Greek yogurt. A major focus was dedicated particularly to large-size formats and the lactose-free line, a segment in which we are experiencing constant and strong market growth. TUTTOFOOD was also the ideal occasion to offer tastings and a closer look at the Cypriot cheese specialty, Halloumi PDO; it received tremendous praise, mirroring the overwhelming success it has already been enjoying in many other countries over recent years. The event stood out not only for its business results but also for a powerful message of solidarity and sustainability. At the conclusion of TUTTOFOOD, the Banco Alimentare della Lombardia (Lombardy Food Bank) collected approximately 25 tons of food from over 600 exhibiting companies that generously chose to donate their surplus.

Among them, Olympus Italia was proud to do its part, firmly deciding to allocate all remaining food surplus from its booth to the Food Bank. This collective effort will allow the distribution of perfectly preserved food to more than 1,000 local Partner Organizations, including soup kitchens, shelters, and family homes, benefiting over 200,000 people facing financial difficulties.
