We returned from the MARCA 2026 trade fair, held in Bologna on January 14 and 15, with great satisfaction and renewed energy.
For Olympus Italia, part of the Hellenic Dairies Group, taking part in this event was essential—not only to meet partners and clients, but above all to reaffirm the strategic role that private labels play in today’s market.
In our key categories—Feta and Greek Yogurt—private labels now account for over 50% of volume share, confirming a structural growth and a clear evolution in consumers’ choices. This trend represents a significant part of our business and makes MARCA an indispensable platform for discussion on development, innovation, and the creation of shared value.
The fair was also an important opportunity to remind clients and prospects of the breadth of our range and our ability to understand and meet the needs of diverse partners by developing customized solutions. This year, our focus was particularly on large yogurt formats (500 g and 1 kg), emerging products such as Halloumi D.O.P., and innovations in format, packaging, and service—such as diced Feta alternatives, designed to meet new consumption occasions and deliver greater convenience.
